By purchasing/downloading a kit, paper pak, elements, word art, alpha set, layouts, overlays, etc., you are agreeing to use these products for PERSONAL, non-commercial use only and agree to these terms of use. This includes any FREE product offers. You may not share, loan, redistribute, or present as your own any Texas Country Designs products and/or art work.
Texas Country Designs products may not be used for the purpose of web design or web templates, albums, eCommerce product pages, or about me pages, cards, or any type of art that will be used for the purpose of selling or generating income.
EXCEPTIONS:
You MAY submit your layouts using Texas Country Designs products to magazines and other publications that grant prizes (money or gifts) for selection as long as proper credit is given.
